The Virtual Operations Environment is a robust security tool leveraging the powerful capabilities of virtual reality. Reduce cognitive load as you connect to your control room remotely, from anywhere in the world. Originally developed for detecting undocumented vessels, the Virtual Operations Environment has expanded to cover multiple control room environments.The project has its roots with the Protecting Our Oceans initiative through Canada’s Superclusters, in collaboration with the Digital Technology Supercluster, MDA and Simon Fraser University. The Digital Technology Supercluster brings together small and medium sized businesses, post-secondary institutions, and not-for-profit organizations to support growth within Canada’s innovation sector.
